Brief Biography of Brian Thorsteinson
Brian was raised in a tiny community just south of 100 Mile House as the time of the horse drawn haying and snake fencing and old log cabins and barns was ending.
After graduating, he took a back packing trip to Europe and by age 26 had toured fire continents, over 35 countries and trekked the Alps, Andes, Himalyas, and Rockies. Then returned to 100 Mile House as a trained Massage Therapist, where he has practised since 1983.
On the weekends he tours his beautiful province with his camera in hand and preserves the by gone era of Russell fences, incredible landscapes, “caught in action” wildlife and native flora and fauna. It is his hope that you can bring some of this incredible beauty, from desert to alpine, into your own home to enjoy every day.
